Activities
- Saturday and Sunday, as weather permits: canoeing on Lake Crescent with a professional guide in NatureBridge’s traditional 17-person Salish canoes. We’ll also bring our trusty old canoe with us, and there’s a swimming spot (if it’s warm enough) nearby.
- Marymere Falls Hike – a legendary Olympic rainforest hike to stunning waterfalls (1.8 miles round trip). The trailhead is just across the street!
- Moments in Time Trail – a short but beautiful stroll around the venue and nearby Lake Crescent lodge, with historical info about the area (0.7 miles)
- Mount Storm King – a challenging hike with great views over Lake Crescent (4 miles round trip, but steep). Check trip reports before you go!
- Tidepooling on the northern Olympic coastline (30 min drive to Tongue Point Marine Sanctuary, Salt Creek Rec Area – check tide charts for timing)
- Saturday Morning Japanese Flower Arranging workshop – help us make our centerpieces with an ikebana design expert, Karen (Luke’s mom!)
- Crokinole tournament
